Kuki1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Kuki (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.
2. The Service
Kuki is a collaborative workspace operated by Mema Group GmbH. We continuously refine the Service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through any means other than the interface we provide, interfering with other users, or uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may be revised with at least thirty days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant Mema Group GmbH a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your content solely as required to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mema Group GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent legally permissible.

We collect only what is necessary to deliver an exceptional experience. This includes account credentials, workspace content you intentionally create, and limited diagnostic signals used to keep the service reliable.
- Account data — name, email address, organisation, language preference.
- Workspace content — boards, cards, attachments and collaborators you add.
- Technical data — browser type, device, IP address, anonymised usage metrics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to authenticate you, secure your account, deliver core functionality, and refine the product. We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Account and workspace data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon deletion, data is purged from production systems within thirty days and from encrypted backups within ninety days.
